How much is it going to cost?

How can I pay?
We accept payments by card (debit or credit), cash, or direct bank transfers. Payments by cheques are not preferable but will be accepted if other payments methods are not feasible (please write address on reverse).
When do I pay?
We do not ask for any money up front, payment is on completion of works.
Why employ a professional cleaner?
Letting agents and landlords will insist the cleaning is completed by a professional carpet cleaner and a written invoice provided.
The small machines you can hire from local stores have nowhere near the cleaning power of our machines. We use top of the range equipment, giving a higher quality clean and suction, removing more of the water, we use good quality cleaning fluids, stain removal products, pet treatments and deodoriser.
We are often instructed to clean carpets that have already been attempted to be cleaned by the hired machine, causing tenants to have to pay twice to get their deposit returned.
Finally CARPET CLEANING IS HARD PHYSICAL WORK!!!!!
How soon can you do the job?
We try to be as flexible as possible, contact us with your requirements and we can give you a date. Normal hours worked are Monday – Friday, but some Saturdays and evenings are available if required.
Can you clean my curtains?
No, sorry we do not clean curtains
What if something is damaged, are you insured?
Yes, certificate available on request.
Are you qualified to clean carpets?
Craig has completed a manufacturers carpet cleaning course and was given substantial on the job training by the previous owner of Ascent Carpets.
